Nexus 24 hour Locksmith North Sydney
My lock wasn’t working properly, it was hard turn the handle and it just felt like something was wrong, then finally once I got the handle to turn the latch wouldn’t retract. Very frustrating. I was locked out in the middle of the night AND typical the lock just had to malfunction at such an inconvenient time. Anyway… I called my sister who did an internet search for a 24-hr mobile locksmith who serviced North Sydney. When I called Nexus Locksmiths I got straight through to an emergency locksmith which was a relief, I thought I would get an answering machine or paging service. He arrived in half an hour and after opening the door, replaced the offending lock with another one of the same colour all within the one the one call. Thankfully he had it in stock as I only had one lock on my front door. Another thing…I don’t like carrying too many keys, when the locksmith installed the replacement lock he also keyed it alike to my back door, nice work. I would definitely recommend these guys as I got to speak directly to the tradesman, and he was on time, he said half an hour and wasn’t minute later. At that time of night I appreciate direct service over dealing with a receptionist at a call centre, it saved me time and frustration. They also quoted me over the phone so I knew what I was up for. I will definitely use them again – only thing is I hope I dont need a 24 hour emergency locksmith again lol.

I was locked out on Boxing Day 3pm, and was getting really frustrated trying to find a 24 hour mobile locksmith in Sydney, no one would answer their phone, on about the fourth call I finally got through to Nexus Locksmiths and spoke directly to the technician, only wish I called them first. Thankfully he said he would be at my home in Neutral Bay in half an hour. When he arrived (within half an hour I might add) he took one minute to pick my lock, which was good as I didn’t have to wait long, but it kind of bothered me to know that it was that easy to pick. The locksmith told me he could make my lock more pick resistant by adding security pins, as opposed to having to put on a whole new lock, I was sold on that idea; especially since I didnt have to shell out for a whole new lock to benefit from the increased security. Now my lock is harder to manipulate with a bump key, so it’s probably a good thing that I got locked out otherwise I would never have known. Feel sorry for the next locksmith that has to pick my lock haha, but at least I feel more secure now, thanks. If you need a 24 hr locksmith in Neutral Bay I would definitely recommend them. Mobile Lock and key tachnician
It was 5 in the morning, I was locked out of the hotel’s cash room, the key had broken off in the lock and I needed an emergency locksmith to get to Crows Nest quickly. We called our existing locksmiths who are responsible for maintaining our security key system, but they couldn’t get anyone there till 9am. Nexus Locksmiths arrived quickly, which was a relief, as we couldn’t wait till 9 o’clock to access the safe. It was a high security cylinder and he managed to open it and replace the cylinder with a new one. They got us out of a serious spot of bother, good to know you are there when we need you!
